Clear Cut Creative is not responsible for losses arising from third-party platforms, tools, software changes, advertising platforms, hosting providers, or factors outside of our control
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all setup fees, project fees, and monthly service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
By purchasing a service from Clear Cut Creative, you acknowledge and agree that:

no refunds are provided for services already delivered or in progress

time, planning, system configuration and resource allocation begin immediately upon order
Monthly subscriptions

Monthly services operate on a rolling basis

A minimum of three months’ written notice is required to cancel any ongoing monthly service

Services and fees remain payable during the notice period

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Clear Cut Creative reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment terms are not met.
